LED Lighting Effects Controller - Effects Chip Code
The LED fX Effects Chip 01 features a total of 38 different lighting effect combinations which we are making available for all. The source code is written in a BASIC derivative by Crownhill Associates called Proton Development Suite. You can get more information on the compiler from their user support forums at http://www.picbasic.org/forum/.
You are free to download our code, and use at your leisure, or modify to create your own combinations.
We also have made available the pre-compiled HEX file, which you can use with a PIC programmer to write the code to your own processor, such as the PIC 16C63 that we use on the system.
The code is made available at no charge to you and we ask that you not charge anyone for the code in the future.
Do you have a specific lighting combination that we have not included? If you design a sequence that you would like to share with others, we would be pleased to share your code, just send it along to us. If you are not as proficient at programming, we may be able to write the sequence for you if you can share with us the details on what you would like to code to do – all at no charge! Just contact us with the details and we will see what we can write for you.
