Orders ship from our Mississauga, Ontario, Canada location to many destinations around the world. Please note that some products and some countries may be restricted under Canadian export rules.
Light Packet shipping is a low‑cost option, but it has important limits. Packages sent with this method cannot be tracked and do not include insurance. By choosing Light Packet, the buyer accepts the risk of the package being lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping.
Because Light Packet shipping has no tracking or insurance, PCBoard.ca cannot replace, refund, or credit orders if the package does not arrive.
For customers who want tracking, insurance, or faster delivery, we recommend choosing one of our tracked shipping options at checkout.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or on Canadian statutory holidays.
International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other customs‑related charges. These fees are not included in our product prices, and we do not cover any costs charged after the order leaves our warehouse. If these fees are not paid, delays or returned shipments may occur.
If a package is returned to us unopened because duties or taxes were not paid, or if delivery was refused, any extra shipping or handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet begun picking and packing. A cancellation fee applies to cover credit card processing costs.
