Who We Are:
PCBoard.ca is the online presence of Publisher's Resource Centre. We are located in Mississauga, Ontario Canada, just outside of Toronto.

Currency of Sales:
All prices listed are in US$. Although we are located in Canada, the US Dollar is a universally accepted currency around the world.

Quantity Discounts:
We do not normally offer quantity discounts on orders of 10 pieces or less of a single product. If you do require more than 10 pieces, please contact us for any discounts that may be available.

Payment Processing: We have chosen to use PayPal as our credit card processing service. For clients, PayPal allows clients in 55 countries and regions to pay for online purchases and is completely free for our clients. Payments made by PayPal are extremely safe. Payments are made without sharing your financial information with us - all processing is done by PayPal and we receive confirmation that the funds have been made available to us. PayPal offers 100% protection against unauthorized payments originating from your account.

PayPal accepts payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, eChecks and also PayPal accounts.

Shipping: All orders are shipped by Air Mail from Canada, and often take only one or two weeks to get to the destination (depending on local holidays, and any delays at your Customs office). Express or courier shipping options are not normally available but i fyou have a special requirement, feel free to contact us for other shipping options.

Duties and Fees:
Many have asked about the payment of Customs duties and clearance fees when their package arrives. We have no way of knowing the requirements in your country - this is your responsibility! For shipments to the USA, we have never had any customers report any charges from US Customs.

What is your return policy?
Returns are not accepted. As experienced electronics hobbyists know, mistakes can happen when you are building a circuit. Occasionally circuits are severely over-stressed by excessive voltages or currents, and although they may not fail right away, they could eventually die prematurely due to the stress. We cannot know what a component has been subjected to, so can never resell one if it were to be returned. This is common practice in the electronics industry - we are just being consistent.

How can I phone you to ask a question?
You can't - we do not offer a 24hr technical help line. If you have a question, then send us an email, and we'll try to answer it. We are a small operation, so be patient as it may take a little while to get back to you. You can always get in touch with us by eMail through our Contact Us page.

Do you have retailers or distributors in my country that I can purchase from?
No - we only offer our products via the web, and do not have distributors. This helps to keep our costs down, so we can in turn keep the prices low. All orders must be made over the Internet.
