The JST XH series male PCB connector is a widely used wire-to-board solution in electronics, robotics, and R/C applications. These right-angle (horizontal) headers are designed to mount on printed circuit boards where connections need to exit parallel to the board.

Straight vs Right Angle

Right-angle (horizontal) connectors are ideal for applications with limited vertical clearance or where wires need to run parallel to the PCB. For vertical cable routing, a straight connector may be more suitable.
