Screw Terminal Block with Protective Cover

We carry two families of Terminal Blocks. The TB-15XX series and the TB-25XX models. The TB-15XX series terminal are rated for 15A of current, while the TB-25XX terminals are rated at 25A.

The dual-row terminal barrier block with insulated barrier strips offers an easy way to share the same circuit, eliminating wire splicing allowing sharing to multiple accessories.

Terminal block also includes a clear snap-on cover to provide additional protection and labeling of the terminals.

The terminals accept 14-22 AWG wires, ring or fork terminals, or ferrule terminals for a secure connection.

TB-15XX: Each terminal compartment is 7.5mm wide (0.3") with a spacing of 9mm (0.35") between terminal screws. Securely attach the terminal block with two M4 or #6 screws.

TB-25XX: Each terminal compartment is 10.5mm wide (0.41") with a spacing of 12mm (0.47") between terminal screws. Securely attach the terminal block with two M4 or #6 screws.

TB-15XX Series - 15 amp Terminals

• TB-1503: 3 Dual-row terminals. Rated for 15 amp. Terminal block measures 45mm long x 22.5mm wide x 17.5mm tall (1.8" x 0.9" x 0.7"). Mounting holes are 34.5mm (1.36") center-to-center.
• TB-1505: 5 Dual-row terminals. Rated for 15 amp.Terminal block measures 63mm long x 22.5mm wide x 17.5mm tall (2.5" x 0.9" x 0.7"). Mounting holes are 52.5mm (2.07") center-to-center.
• TB-1508: 8 Dual-row terminals. Rated for 15 amp. Terminal block measures 90mm long x 22.5mm wide x 17.5mm tall (3.5" x 0.9" x 0.7"). Mounting holes are 79.5mm (3.13") center-to-center.
• TB-1510: 10 Dual-row terminals. Rated for 15 amp. Terminal block measures 108mm long x 22.5mm wide x 17.5mm tall (4.3" x 0.9" x 0.7"). Mounting holes are 97.5mm (3.84") center-to-center.

TB-25XX Series - 25 amp Terminals

• TB-2503: 3 Dual-row terminals. Rated for 25 amp. Terminal block measures 55mm long x 30mm wide x 19mm tall (2.2" x 1.2" x 0.8"). Mounting holes are 44mm (1.73") center-to-center.
• TB-2504: 4 Dual-row terminals. Rated for 25 amp. Terminal block measures 67mm long x 30mm wide x 19mm tall (2.7" x 1.2" x 0.8"). Mounting holes are 56mm (2.20") center-to-center.
• TB-2505: 5 Dual-row terminals. Rated for 25 amp. Terminal block measures 79mm long x 30mm wide x 19mm tall (3.2" x 1.2" x 0.8"). Mounting holes are 68.5mm (2.70") center-to-center.
• TB-2508: 8 Dual-row terminals. Rated for 25 amp. Terminal block measures 115mm long x 30mm wide x 19mm tall (4.3" x 1.2" x 0.8"). Mounting holes are 105.5mm (4.15") center-to-center.
• TB-2510: 10 Dual-row terminals. Rated for 25 amp. Terminal block measures 139mm long x 30mm wide x 19mm tall (5.5" x 1.2" x 0.8"). Mounting holes are 128.5mm (5.5") center-to-center.

Comparison of TB-15XX to TB-25XX Terminal Blocks

We carry two families of Terminal Blocks. The TB-15XX series and the TB-25XX models. The TB-15XX series is rated for 15A of current, while the TB-25XX rating is 25A.

The TB-25XX series is slightly larger, with each terminal supporting an M4 screw and a 10.5mm slot size. The lower current TB-15XX is smaller in size, using an M3 terminal screw and a slot size of 7.5mm.

The screw size and slot width are important to recognize when selecting the terminals you will mount to the screw terminals. Our RV2-3 Ring Terminal has an inside diameter of 3.2mm suitable for use with an M3 (or #4) screw - so the TB-15XX series would be compatible.

Optional Trimmable Shorting Block

In situations where multiple terminals need to be connected together, we offer a Trimmable Shorting Block (available separately). The Shorting Block provides a clean, secure method of attaching several terminals with each other.
