ULN2803 8-Channel High-Current Darlington Driver

Arduino and Raspberry Pi compatible interface driver to high-current and voltage loads like LED ribbons, individual LEDs, relays, lamps and displays. 

Each ULN2803 contains 8 Darlington transistors with integrated suppression diodes and common emitters. Each Darlington transistor has a continuous load rating of 500mA and a maximum voltage of 50V. Channel on the chip can be paralleled to increase current and each input is conveniently lined across from its output keeping wiring nice and simple.
