We offer these prewired SMD LEDs with a pair of 11-inch (28cm) connection wires already attached along with a built-in dropping resistor allowing for safe connection to supply voltages of 8V to 18V. Power Requirements

These LEDs already have a series resistor installed, which allows them to operate over a wide voltage range without needing to install a separate resistor. Although conservatively rated for 8-18V, they can safely run from 5V to 18V.
