PWM to Voltage Converter Module

Optically Isolated 5V or 24V PWM Input

Convert incoming PWM digital signal into 0 to 10V analog signal. Output voltage is proportional to the input PWM duty cycle.

Trim pot allows adjustment of the output voltage from 0-5V-10V.

Jumper block located to the left of the PWM input allows for selection of 0-5V input, or 0-24V with jumper installed in the left-most position.

Compatible with software applications such as MACH3 when interfaced to a 5V CPU/microcontroller.

Initial Setup

Apply a 50% duty cycle input on the PWM In connection and adjust the Vout voltage to 5V using the adjustable trim pot.

Operation

Working Voltage: DC 12V-30V. 14V DC power input needed for full 0-10V output
