Multi-Channel Full-Pitch Phototransistor Optocoupler
The A847 optocoupler is a DC-input quad-channel, fullpitch phototransistor optocoupler that contains four light emitting diodes optically coupled to four separate transistors. It is packaged in a 16-pin DIP package. Response time is typically 4 μs and minimum CTR is 50% at input current of 5 mA.
