4 Relay Arduino Shield

For Arduino UNO, Leonardo, and Mega2560

This shield is designed for the Arduino UNO family and features four relays for controlling outputs from a low-power microcontroller. It is designed to fit on top of a UNO, reducing cable and power requirements needed to switch higher loads.

The design allows for additional shield placement above or below this board.

Each relay has three rising clamp screw terminals for each relay for the Common, Normally Open, and Normally Closed contacts.

Relay is driven active with a High signal on the corresponding input from the UNO microcontroller.

• Relay 1 - Pin 7
• Relay 2 - Pin 6
• Relay 3 - Pin 5
• Relay 4 - Pin 4

The corresponding LED indicator will show contact activation when the relay is driven.

Relays are each rated for 3A interment use and 1A continuous use.

Cautionary Advice

When using an Arduino UNO, the UNO USB interface physically sits higher and may contact the terminals on the Relay board - provide insulation between the terminals on the relay board and the USB interface on the UNO board.
