16mm Spring return 2-pin momentary pushbutton. Two additional leads connect to LED in the switch housing.

Offers a momentary action in an SPST Normally Open configuration.

Rated for 250v AC at 1A maximum.

Internal LED Specifications

The internal LED in the pushbutton requires only 2.0V DC at 13mA to operate. To power the LED from higher voltage supplies, an external current limiting resistor is needed. From the chart below, determine the power supply voltage to be used for the LED and select the appropriate dropping resistor value.

For higher voltages, such as 24V, a 1-watt resistor is required to dissipate the extra voltage. A 1-watt resistor can be built by using two 2.2K ohm one-half watt resistors in parallel. To calculate an exact dropping resistor value, see our online Dropping Resistor Calculator.
