LM7809/7809 Direct Replacement in TO-220 Pinout

DC-DC voltage converter module provides a high-efficiency 9V output with a 10.5V to 40V DC input voltage (input voltage needs to be approximately 1.5V higher than output voltage).

Quiescent current of approximately 1.5mA with a switching frequency of 550kHz offering efficiency of 76-90%. Features protection against over-temperature, input under-voltage and short circuits.

Pinout is to a standard 2.54mm pin pitch, making it a breadboard friendly solution in a small 18.3mm x 10.22m x 6.7mm package.

Can be used as a direct replacement for 9V regulators like the LM7809, L7809 monolithic regulator in a TO-220 case style.
