This 1W high power LEDs generate UV (Ultraviolet) light at frequencies of 390-410nm. Applications include insect illumination, adhesive curing, printed circuit board photo exposure, coolant leak detection, night club hand stamps, fluorescent dye leaks, forgery detection, ID and document verification, pet and pest stain detection, reading invisible fluorescent inks, antique inspection, art forgery/repair tests, detecting some bacteria to name a few. Perfect for automotive, industrial, home, and hobby applications. Not only are they bright, but they also consume a fraction of power making them extremely energy efficient. The high power LED is mounted onto an aluminum heat sink. Simply connect the large + and - pads on the heat sink to enable the LED.
