Mini 3.3V to 5V Boost Converter

Easily Boost 3.3V to 5V

Ultra-small (11mm x 11mm - 0.43-inch x 0.43-inch) boost converter board. Helpful in converting 3.3V power from circuits or battery packs to 5V DC.

Accepts input voltages from 1V to 4V DC, and outputs 5V, and is most efficient when the input voltage is close to 3.3V.

Power Outputs:

Input Voltage 1-1.5V - Outputs 5V at 40-100mA
Input Voltage 1.5-2V - Outputs 5V at 100-150mA
Input Voltage 2-3V - Outputs 5V at 150-380mA
Input Voltage >3V - Outputs 5V at 380-480mA

The input voltage cannot exceed 5V (output voltage). Care should also be taken not to run a maximum load for long periods of time. Aim for 60% load for sustained operation.

A 220uF electrolytic capacitor (available separately) should be installed on both the Input and Outputs to Ground - this will provide filtering and stabilization.
