Sensor with Magnet (Set)

Commonly used with security and alarm systems for doors or windows to sense when they are opened or closed.

The switch portion mounts to the non-moving part, while the included magnet is attached to the section which moves.

Reed switch is triggered when the magnet with within approximately 15mm (0.5-inches). The sensor features both a normally-open and normally-closed set of contacts (to sense when the circuit is opened or closed).
