Stereo 3W Digital Amplifier with Volume Control

Class D Digital Amplifier - 2.5V to 5V

A small footprint audio amplifier measures. Can be easily placed in a variety of digital products within a small space. The high-efficiency dual-channel stereo amplifier requires only 2.5 to 5 V power, yet can output 3W +3 W power to drive 4 or 8-ohm speakers directly. Volume control incorporates a on/off switch and volume adjustment.

The Class D digital amplifier board utilizes a powerful PAM8403 amplifier IC with LC filter and can be powered by various sources, including a computer's USB  interface with appropriate power filtering.

Notes:

• The left and right channel output ground must be isolated and not connected to the negative power input - if attached together; the amplifier IC will fail
• Do not run the amplifier board without speakers connected to the outputs as this could damage the amplifier module

The amplifier uses a Class D setup with an efficiency of 90% capable of producing 3 watts of audio on each of the left and right audio outputs. 
Rated working voltage 2.5V ~ 5V, limit operating voltage 5.5V.

Applications include LCD TV and monitors, laptop and portable computer, portable speakers, DVD players, game consoles.
