The ATtiny85 is a powerful little 8-pin microcontroller equipped with an 8MHz internal oscillator, 8 K of flash program memory, 512 bytes of RAM, and 512 bytes of EEPROM, all while operating from 2.7V to 5.5V DC.

The ATtiny85 is also compatible with the Arduino IDE, allowing you to build small microcontroller projects quickly.

The ATtiny85 processor is used in other devices we carry, including the ATtiny85 Arduino (USB), ATtiny85 Arduino (Micro USB), and the do-it-yourself ATtiny Development Board
